Click here for the latest information February 18, 2004 Our presence on the web was started today. The site will be under construction for awhile. Please bear with us until we get the look and content that we are looking for. September 7, 2004 Our last meeting was held August 17, 2004. We recognized new members to the advisory board. The following formally accepted a position on the board: Jeannie Wegner, Randy Reinke, Leland Fredman, Jonathon Fredman, Jim Ellingson, Jason Tibbits, and Dean Ohland. We held an election of officers. Wes Edwards was elected Chairman, Marcia Provencher was elected Secretary and Dean Ohland is our new Treasurer. February 24, 2005 Members of the LACF attended a workshop in Montevideo that was hosted by The Southwest Initiative Foundation. Local foundations offer great opportunities for philanthropic giving which in turn supports local activities through grants. February 27, 2005 Added web page to show the service area of the LACF and enhanced the Endowment Funds page April 15, 2005 Updated the email address for Wes Edwards Used our new logo on the header. December 21, 2005 Added the December Newsletter to the website. Removed 2005 Newsletter. Added Fall 2006 Newsletter |
