Goals: 

A.     Develop the local advisory board into an organization that will support the Foundation.

B.     Educate the area's key target groups about what the Foundation is and what it has to offer.

C.     Build the LACF financial base by making it a charity of choice.

D.     Invest Foundation resources in projects that improve the quality of life for the Litchfield area.
